Enrique Nieto is a member of Uría Menéndez’s Capital Markets practice, having joined the firm in 2009 and been seconded to the New York office in 2011–2012. He specialises in equity capital markets (IPOs, listings, rights issues, block trades, takeover bids and delistings), advises on SOCIMIs (Spanish REITs) and investors, and regularly handles capital markets regulation, corporate governance and M&A matters for non‑listed companies.
