Violeta Pina is a tax lawyer in the Madrid office of Uría Menéndez who joined the firm in 2011 and became a senior associate in 2019. Her practice focuses on taxation of financial transactions and issuance of equity and debt instruments; she also has experience in M&A and restructuring, and specialises in FATCA/CRS, transfer pricing, tax audits and tax litigation.
