Monique Sturny is a Partner at Walder Wyss Ltd. in Switzerland advising companies on competition and distribution law, assisting in merger-control proceedings and representing clients before competition authorities and courts; she has extensive experience setting up distribution systems and negotiating complex cooperation agreements and handles matters across sectors with particular in-depth knowledge of the healthcare sector and legal issues relating to data and the digital economy. She joined Walder Wyss in 2013, regularly speaks and publishes in her fields, and in 2020 was appointed Non‑Governmental Advisor to the International Competition Network; she is also a co-founder and board member of Women At Competition Switzerland.
