Heleen Franco is an attorney-at-law at AKD who specialises in individual and collective labour law, supplementary pension schemes and data protection with a focus on HR. She advises national and multinational companies on reorganisations, individual dismissals, international mobility (including immigration), working hours and the employment- and pension-law aspects of M&A; she was admitted to the Brussels bar in 2015 and completed a specialist post-academic course in pension law at the Catholic University of Louvain in 2021.
