Marilou van der Feltz is an attorney-at-law at AKD and a member of the firm's EU and Competition Law team, specialising in public procurement, State aid and competition law. She advises and represents corporations and government bodies on public procurement matters (including social services and construction), assists with State aid notification and admissibility issues for investments (including renewable energy and real estate), and advises on cartel prohibitions, abuse of dominance and concentration notifications to the Dutch Competition Authority.
