She holds a PhD in Commercial Law (doctoral thesis: "The Provision of Legal Assistance as a Contractual Relationship Between Attorney and Client") and is active in public procurement policy, serving as chair of the Public Procurement Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce in Croatia.
