Partner and co-founder of Accura (1999) who heads the firm's M&A team, advising Danish and international clients on mergers and acquisitions including legal due diligence, deal structuring, acquisition financing, transaction documentation and negotiation of large due diligence processes. He also advises on general corporate and commercial matters and tax law, representing management teams, private equity funds and industrial and commercial companies.
