Josef Peer is an equity Partner at Fellner Wratzfeld & Partners and a long-standing member of the firm's Public Law team (with the firm since 2015); he was promoted to attorney in 2019 and became a partner in January 2025. He advises public authorities and private clients on complex infrastructure, real estate, environmental, planning and construction matters, is active in ESG and energy law, lectures at Sigmund Freud University and serves as a Junior Board Member of the Association of European Lawyers.
