Marcus Eilenberg is Senior Partner and Attorney at Law at Zacco in Sweden, advising on intellectual property strategy, trademark and patent disputes, licensing and commercial transactions; he joined Zacco in 2011. He holds an LL.M. from Lund University (2004), participated in the Masters Program for European Intellectual Property at Stockholm University, and previously worked as an associate in an IP law firm and as a junior judge at the District Court in Malmö.
