Partner who heads the multidisciplinary FinTech team at Kennedy Van der Laan, advising financial institutions, payment platforms and FinTechs (from start-ups to scale-ups) on regulatory issues and online payments. He also represents lenders and corporate borrowers in (cross-border) finance transactions, including investment-grade facilities, asset-based lending, bond issues and NPL transactions, and has completed secondments at ABN Amro, NatWest and an international law firm in London.
