Partner at Advokatfirmaet Helmr AS, Benedicte Hille advises employers and employees in both the private and public sectors on employment and pension matters. She joined Helmr in 2018 and was promoted to Partner on 1 July 2022; she handles complex reorganizations and downsizing, hiring and termination, workplace conflicts and dismissal cases, has acted in the District Court and Court of Appeal, and frequently lectures for clients and HR organisations.
