Elaine Kelly is a Partner in the Employment Law department at Byrne Wallace Shields LLP with over 17 years of experience advising on the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. She has particular expertise in contentious employment matters and atypical working, routinely acts as an advocate for clients, advises large domestic and national employers and public sector clients on policy transformation and strategic matters, and is an author and lecturer on employment law topics.
