Partner in the Employment and Social department at KLEYR GRASSO in Luxembourg with more than 18 years' experience advising on all employment-related matters. She assists HR professionals with employment contracts, remuneration, internal policies and collective agreements, and handles individual and collective dismissals, settlement agreements, redundancy plans, harassment, discrimination, data breaches and employment law compliance; she is also a regular speaker and trainer and is a member of the Luxembourg Bar (admitted 2006) and of E.L.S.A., EELA and BCFL.
