Associate at Vernon | David in Moldova, Eduard Gurin is an acknowledged expert in labor and employment law and a recognized authority in media and audiovisual law. He led drafting of Moldova’s new Labor Code (an IFC‑sponsored project) and advises domestic and international clients on collective bargaining, transfers of undertaking, terminations, management agreements, work permits and migration matters; he is also a Teaching Assistant in Labor Law at the Moldova University of European Studies.
