Anca Zegrean is a Partner and Head of the Employment/Labour Department at Biriș Goran SPARL; she joined the firm in 2012 and was promoted to head of the department in 2016. She has over 15 years' experience advising domestic and international clients on labour and employment matters and related litigation, with particular focus on tax litigation, senior management and collective dismissals, transfer of undertakings and employment aspects of M&A due diligence.
