Alban Çaushi is a Partner and Attorney at Law at CR Partners in cooperation with Karanovic & Partners, with more than 30 years of professional experience in Albania. He focuses on energy, infrastructure, real estate, banking, dispute resolution, employment and telecommunications, has led work on major energy and infrastructure projects (including drafting primary and secondary legislation, PPP/concession and PPA documentation, and project financing), teaches employment law for the Albanian Bar Association, and serves on the Steering Board of the Albanian National Bar Association as well as Chairman of the National Council for Copyright.
