Founder and Of Counsel at Djingov, Gouginski, Kyutchukov & Velichkov, Stephan Kyutchukov is one of the firm's four founding partners and has led its concession, infrastructure, real estate and project‑finance work since the firm's establishment. He has steered or worked on pioneering Bulgarian transactions, including the country's first concession and its first project finance matters.
