Partner of the Commercial Contracts Practice in Ramón y Cajal Abogados' Madrid office, he joined the firm in 2021 after roles at national and international law firms and in-house legal departments of large companies. He specialises in commercial contracts, M&A and corporate law with a focus on renewable energy, tourism, venture capital and infrastructure, advises renewable-energy clients on operations and project acquisitions, and teaches on the Master's in Corporate Law and Financial Management (ISDE).
