Luis Carnicero is a partner at Ramón y Cajal Abogados in Spain; he joined the firm in 1997 and was appointed partner in 2010. He advises and represents clients in court and arbitration in civil, commercial, securities and insolvency matters, and in economic‑crimes (criminal) proceedings, including appeals before the Constitutional Court; he has also taught on the Universidad Antonio de Nebrija Masters in Business Law (MDE) programme (1999–2001).
