Michael Lavelle is Managing Partner and founder of Lavelle Partners (est. 1987), a recognised leader in commercial law with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, insolvency and commercial litigation. He is an experienced litigator and insolvency practitioner who advises lending institutions, chairs creditors' meetings and has lectured in insolvency law for the Law Society of Ireland.
