Partner in the Corporate and M&A group at Lakatos, Köves and Partners with nearly 20 years’ experience advising on corporate and real estate matters, including international M&A and general commercial law for large foreign corporates in Hungary. She has significant expertise in the renewable energy and healthcare sectors, has worked on numerous greenfield development projects, and holds roles including Vice Chair of the European Regional Forum of the International Bar Association, Consultant at the Lawyer’s Academy (Budapest Bar Association) and member of the Professional Committee of the Hungarian Bar Association.
