A litigator with over 17 years’ experience, he specialises in civil and family disputes (handling over 100 mandates, mainly divorces with children, division of assets, international child abduction, adoptions and inheritance) and also focuses on administrative and tax litigation (involved in more than 90 mandates); in 2021 he launched The Child Factor, a digital platform on family disputes and children’s rights.
