Dr. Philipp Mittelberger is a Data Protection Expert at BATLINER WANGER BATLINER Rechtsanwälte AG, focusing on data protection, EU/EEA law, IP/IT, privacy and media law. He served as Data Protection Commissioner of the Principality of Liechtenstein (2002–2017), was Head of the Data Protection Authority and observer to the Article 29 Working Party, and has been President of the Data Protection Association in Liechtenstein since 2019.
