She founded Pyrgou Law Firm in 2008 (renamed Pyrgou Vakis Law Firm in 2014), previously worked as a partner at Kinanis Pyrgou & Co and as Director of Legal Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and has been listed in Legal 500 EMEA (2021–2022) for Corporate and M&A; she has also served on a number of public and professional boards and co‑founded the nonprofit Justice for All.
