Founding partner at MA Abogados in Spain, she specialises in insolvency, maritime (shipping), corporate law, commercial litigation and arbitration, unfair competition and economic criminal law, with extensive experience in mercantile contracting, company reorganisation and extrajudicial negotiation. She holds a Law degree from the University of Valencia, is a doctoral candidate in Mercantile Law, completed a Master’s in Maritime Law (ADEIT), and is a member of the Bar Association of Valencia and maritime professional associations including WISTA.
