Sandra Singh is Senior Manager Tax at HVK Stevens in the Netherlands, advising Dutch and foreign (including listed) companies on corporate and international tax law matters. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganisations and financial restructurings, advising shareholders of privately owned companies, and she has specialist expertise in companies active in the energy transition; she is also regularly engaged by Dutch governmental agencies to assist foreign multinationals setting up operations in the Netherlands.
