He joined Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa in 1997, has been involved in unilateral and bilateral advance pricing agreements (APAs) and mutual agreement procedures (MAPs), previously was a partner at a Big Four firm (including two years in the United States), and serves as a practice council member of NYU's International Tax Program while teaching in Mexican universities.
