Belgrade with over sixteen years' experience advising domestic and international clients on real estate, corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and dispute resolution. He assists foreign and domestic investors with transaction structuring, negotiations and implementation and has experience in bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings.
