Frangos & Associates LLC (Frangos Law) and member of the firm’s Corporate Litigation and Transactional team, advising local and international clients on corporate and commercial matters with a focus on complex corporate litigation such as shareholder disputes and breaches of directors’ duties. Also actively involved in transactional work including acquisitions, mergers, real estate transactions and joint ventures, and conducts due diligence, risk assessments and drafts legal opinions on contract, corporate and trust law with attention to cross-border compliance.
