Partner at Across Legal in Spain, Alex Plana specializes in private equity and venture capital with a focus on M&A, investment rounds and the formation and regulation of investment funds. He leads Across Legal’s Management Companies, Investment Funds and Financial Regulation Division and is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association; he is also a partner and lecturer at the Spanish Institute of Venture Capital (INCARI) and a collaborator of the Institute of Financial Studies (IEF).
