Sarwat Abd El-Shahid is Chairman and Founding Partner of Shahid Law Firm and a former judge and Counselor of the Egyptian State Council. He is admitted before the Courts of Cassation and the Constitutional Courts, is a registered patent attorney, and has almost forty years' experience in contentious and complex matters, frequently serving as an arbitrator at the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA).
