Soibi Ovia is a founding partner at Duale, Ovia & Alex-Adedipe who leads the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice with over 17 years' experience. She specialises in complex commercial and civil litigation, arbitration and mediation, and represents clients across telecommunications, banking, energy and intellectual property sectors; she is also Vice Chair of the Arbitration and ADR committee of the Nigerian Bar Association’s Section on Business Law.
