Ermias Ayalew is a Partner at Aman & Partners Legal Service LLP and an Assistant Professor of law with over 15 years of experience in academia and private practice. He advises on litigation, corporate matters, ADR, construction and procurement, oil & gas and maritime law, has appeared before the Permanent Court of Arbitration, and holds LL.M. degrees from the University of Pretoria and the University of Amsterdam and an LL.B from Addis Ababa University; he is a member of the Ethiopian Lawyers' Association.
