He is a financial services regulatory specialist with extensive experience on licensing, registration and approval requirements, reporting and information-exchange obligations (including FATCA, CRS, CbCR and CARF), economic substance, corporate governance, beneficial ownership transparency, sanctions, on-site compliance inspections, administrative fines, regulatory enforcement and AML/CFT matters.
