He joined Kaplan & Stratton in 1974, became a partner in 1981 and senior partner in 1994, and practises broadly in civil litigation and dispute resolution across domestic and public international law matters, appearing before the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, High Court, Employment and Labour Relations Court and specialist tribunals.
