Former municipal public servant (Londrina City Hall, 2015–2023) and Director of Science and Technology who developed a methodology for municipal innovation laws applied in six states and over twenty municipalities; holds postdoctoral and doctoral degrees from the University of São Paulo with research on Data Protection Officers and is the author of the book "Data Protection Officer: Regulation and Civil Liability" (Quartier Latin, 2022).
