Michel Sanchez O’Sullivan is a Partner at KPMG Law Mexico who leads the firm’s Mexico Desk in New York City and has over 14 years’ experience advising private equity, infrastructure and real estate fund managers, financial institutions and multinational corporations. His work focuses on domestic and cross-border M&A, fund formation, corporate restructurings and public offerings; he holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Mexican law degree from ITESM, both graduated with honors, and has been recognized by International Tax Review as a Highly Regarded Transactional Tax Practitioner for three years in a row.
