Associate at Alta (Costa Rica and Guatemala) with extensive experience in industrial and intellectual property, including copyright and related rights, IP audits and preventive IP advice. He also advises on regulatory and administrative matters (environmental, municipal, health), and on corporate commercial matters including franchise and distribution contracts; he serves as president of AmCham Guatemala's Intellectual Property Committee and is a board member of the Guatemalan Chamber of Intellectual Property.
