Berchel Wilson is a Senior Associate at McKinney, Bancroft & Hughes in the Bahamas who joined the firm in 2017 and specialises in corporate and commercial litigation, trust litigation, asset management, banking and finance, family law and maritime law. She regularly appears before the Bahamian Supreme Court and Court of Appeal, appeared as junior counsel before His Majesty's Privy Council in 2024, and serves on the Bahamas National Trust Legal Advisory Board as a proponent of environmental law.
