Managing Partner at Arias in Panama, Siaska SSS Lorenzo advises on labor, data privacy, competition, telecommunications, energy, infrastructure, public procurement and administrative law; she founded Arias’ Panama office in 2011 and has been Managing Partner since 2016. Previously she was a partner for 21 years at a prominent Panamanian firm, led the team that drafted Panama’s General Telecommunications Law in 1995, and served as Editorial Chief Director of La Prensa (2005–2009).
