Partner in the Tax Department at Rubio Leguía Normand with over 17 years' experience advising on corporate matters, financial transactions, reorganizations and contentious and non-contentious tax procedures for domestic and international clients. He works across finance, infrastructure, maritime, aviation, digital economy, energy, mining and education sectors, is the author of Bloomberg BNA’s Peruvian Business Portfolio for Doing Business in Peru, collaborates with the World Bank’s B-Ready Project, and previously served as a partner at Olaechea Law Firm and as a senior consultant at the Tax Court of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
