Victoria Garabato is a Uruguay-based lawyer specializing in banking, finance and foreign investment, with a particular focus on project finance for renewable energy and infrastructure. She advises national and international companies, financial institutions and multilateral organizations, has participated over the past ten years in major wind, solar and industrial infrastructure financings, taught project financing at the University of Montevideo and worked in 2018 as a foreign associate in Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal’s Buenos Aires office.
