He advises local, international and multilateral banks, development financing institutions, project developers and companies on banking and finance, project finance, refinancing and restructuring, and M&A matters across sectors including energy, transport, social infrastructure, aviation, maritime and manufacturing, and is co-author of the Mexico chapters of Loans & Secured Financing (Lexology – Getting the Deal Through) and The Americas Restructuring Review (Global Restructuring Review).
