Álvaro Vives is a Partner at Claro & Cia., focusing on antitrust, arbitration and litigation. He advises and represents clients in competition investigations and judicial proceedings (including cartels, abuse of dominance and merger control), provides regulatory and preventive contract/commercial-policy advice, and also handles civil, commercial and constitutional litigation; he served as a clerk at the Chilean Competition Tribunal (2013–2016) and has been a Civil Law professor at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile since 2014.
