Antonia Ibarra is an associate at Guerrero Olivos and a member of the firm's energy and natural resources, environmental law, water law, agribusiness and projects/infrastructure teams. She specializes in regulatory and environmental matters, project development and financing, and renewables, and since 2011 has been an Assistant Professor of Macro and Microeconomics at Universidad de Chile; she is also a regular columnist with publications on environmental and water rights.
