Dr. A. Devin Bray is International Of Counsel with Wöss & Partners and Counsel with the International Centre for Appropriate Dispute Resolution and Prevention. He holds an S.J.D. from the University of Arizona, has held visiting scholar positions at George Washington University, the University of Amsterdam and the Max Planck Institute in Heidelberg, and has acted on commercial and investment treaty claims under ICSID, UNCITRAL, ICDR‑AAA, DCIF‑LCIA and ICC rules; he is admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in Ontario, Canada.
