José Miguel Carvajal is a partner at Morales & Besa and co-head of the firm's Banking and Finance, Project Finance and Capital Markets practices. He concentrates on commercial, finance and corporate matters at both domestic and international levels, with extensive experience in loans, bond offerings, securitizations, and foreign investment and foreign exchange matters; before joining Morales & Besa in 2006 he worked at Carey y Cía (1997–2006) and as an international associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in New York (2001–2002).
