Wanda Perdomo Ramírez is a Partner at Biaggi & Messina in the Dominican Republic and serves as a commercial and sports arbitrator at the Dispute Resolution Centers (CRC) of the Chambers of Commerce of Santo Domingo and Santiago. She is a member of the ICC Arbitration Commission of the Dominican Republic and of Latin America International Arbitration (LIA), has edited and contributed to arbitration publications, and has acted as co-arbitrator, presiding and sole arbitrator and party counsel in local, international and ad hoc arbitrations; she also spent 12 years as in-house counsel in the telecommunications sector.
