He has led major matters including the development of approximately 250 MW of hydroelectric generation in Guatemala, development of 100 MW of solar in El Salvador, and acquisitions of some 400 MW of wind and solar projects, and advises on contracts, corporate governance and compliance with industry standards (Equator Principles, World Bank and IFC guidelines).
