Managing Partner at Jaramillo Dávila Abogados, he leads the firm's labour and employment practice and has around forty years' experience advising and litigating individual and collective labour matters for national and international enterprises. He has served as an alternate State Judge and alternate Supreme Court Judge, was President of the Bar Association, is a professor of Procedural Law at Universidad San Francisco de Quito, serves as an arbitrator at three centers in Quito and is President of the Ecuadorian Institute of Procedural Law.
